Individual programs are tailored to the specific needs of each trainee. Each trainee has an individual program listing the exercises, sets, repetitions, breaks and program objectives.
Our Trainers guide each client and the programs are updated every three to six weeks depending on the target.
Individual programs can be designed to increase strength, reduce body fat, improve strength, and/or to increase muscle tissue.
Also, the individual program can give solutions to problems of the spinal cord (kyphosis, scoliosis, lordosis, lower back pain).
It is important for individual programs that the program may be adjusted for the time that each client can spend at the gym. Thus a program can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
